True BoxShot allows to generate images of software boxes, CDs, DVDs and postcards with high accuracy.

The plugin / program comes with a set of predefined templates, allowing you to create 3D and 2D images of software boxes, CD / DVD, screen shots or postcards instantaneously. All models have width, height and depth adjustable and can be easily reconfigured. You can also change the perspective of an object and add some special effects.

To give a more natural, True BoxShot offers special effects like Soft Light Soft Shadows and Reflection. These effects are optional and have highly configurable parameters that can be modified at their discretion, so there is a wide margin to give free rein to our imagination.

The use of alpha channel can create slides (. Png) images easily and smoothly. If the color of a boxshot match the background color, you can highlight the edges using the Wireframe tool.
