Autodesk has announced the release of 3ds Max Design 2010, the latest version of its modeling software, animation and representation for design professionals.

The 2010 version includes many new features and enhancements that accelerate the iteration of design and help achieve more sustainable designs.

3ds Max Design offers digital continuity for families of products AutoCAD, Revit and Autodesk Inventor, allowing the reuse of design data for visualization.

Have added at least 350 new features to the software of Autodesk, 3ds Max Design 2010. New features and improvements include EW purposes of representation in the ‘Display Viewport’ (Overview), a new system of modeling and texturing Graphite, which introduces at least 100 new creative tools, an analysis of illumination in real time to validate the effect of direct sunlight, an extensive library of particle effects and improvements in the representation without blinking.

Software Requirements
Autodesk® 3ds Max Design® 2010 Autodesk ® 3ds Max ® Design 2010 requires one of the following operating systems 32 or 64 bits:

* Microsoft ® Windows ® XP Professional (Service Pack 2 or higher)
* Microsoft® Windows® Vista (Business, Premium y Ultimate)
* Microsoft ® Windows ® Vista (Business, Premium and Ultimate)
* Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional x64 * Microsoft ® Windows ® XP Professional x64
* Microsoft® Windows® Vista 64 bits (Business, Premium y Ultimate) * Microsoft ® Windows ® Vista 64-bit (Business, Premium and Ultimate)

3ds Max Design 2010 requires the following Internet browser:

* Microsoft ® Internet Explorer ® 6 or later

3ds Max Design 2010 software requires the following:

* DirectX ® 9.0c * (required), OpenGL ® (optional)

* Some features of 3ds Max Design 2010 are available only with graphics hardware supports Shader Model 3.0 (Pixel Shader and Vertex Shader 3.0). Check with your manufacturer to see if your hardware supports Shader Model 3.0.

3ds Max Design 2010 32-bit system requires at least one of the following:
